No one is perfect. None are even close based on some of the rants out there in cyberspace.

your not going to let CW do the repair are you???? they,ll just job it out and raise the cost of the bill.

I have neither CN or GS, preferring instead to insure myself.
That being said, I've been here a long time and consistantly see people recommend Coach Net over GS.

GS, why don't you try to fix these situations before they occur and while people are trapped in a bad situation?? UNSAT....

Hence why I will NEVER buy GS Roadside and will talk anyone out of it that I can.....

Good Sam has promised to reimburse for the service and to address the problem internally. I'm satisfied. And over 10 or 12 years, I've used the service 4 or 5 times and this was the exception, not the rule.

After seeing this post, I went to consumer affairs to see what others are saying about Good Sam Roadside assistance. It's disappointing to see a lot of people are sharing their painful experience with a 1-star rating.

I think it's very harmful to a company when a lot of people are giving negative reviews after using their service.

Need to improve customer support and on-time arrival commitment when a person asks for the assistance.

GS doesn't care... You keep paying for the service then when you need it you are left hanging....

Then you come here and complain and they offer to resolve it... By then its too late...
