I have a 12 in tv in a conversion van,flexvision and with the power on I cannot get a channel or the video to play. It has s code requirement on it and without a manual I cannot go any further.Any advice that I could get would help thank you.

My Westinghouse requires a code. I had to call the manuf, give them the serial number and then they gave me the code.

is flexvision the mfg? otherwise pls give us the mfg name and model number.
