I did a quick search on Google and quickly got in way over my head in the techno babble.

This is what I searched on .Is Captcha browser driven

Bottom line ... I'll live with it.

I get it occasionally. Most often if I've been slow in writing a reply or it's a long reply. I assume the system watches how long it takes you to post as well as how long your post runs - too much with either and it questions you. Or if you post multiple posts too quickly in succession.

So basically, it’s mostly because you occasionally take too long posting a short post multiple times to a long topic, or a long post too quickly on a short topic after having not posted for a long, long time.

I can almost see algorithm for that logic floating in the air in front of me.

I have never seen that prove your not a robot on rv.net.

I had it happen yesterday when I sent a private message to an RVing friend. It wasn't capcha - it was just clicking a box that said "I am not a robot". But it surprised me because I've sent and received LOTS of messages through the years without this verification. On the other hand, if it keeps spammers away, then that's fine with me :-)

The derivative 28 cos(7x- pi/2) @ x-0 = 28 cos( -pi/2), which is 28 cos(-90 degrees) = 0.

No problems here posting. As far as being alive, "I post, so therefore I am", should settle it.
