They make Flex Fuel Engines. Maybe Ford started making Flex Beds?

I always said, "There is no right or wrong way to do camping, it's just different for everyone." Well, in this case ... I think I finally met my challenge on that statement!

The length killed it..

I saw an AF 811 for sale on a newer Ford F-150 the guy had owned a couple years without anything like this..I have hauled a coiple truck campers on 1/2 ton trucks but none were ever that long, just 8' and 8.5' on long beds..They handled just fine with coiled helper springs and never had any problems even towing horses.

Looking at the strap over the top,he may have just bought it and was bringing it home,a common way for some to get it home.

1 word. Florida

"Yes Sir, Oct 10 1888, Those poor school children froze to death in their tracks. They did not even find them until Spring. Especially hard hit were the ones who had to trek uphill to school both ways, with no shoes." -Bert A.

Well obviously he doesn't know anything about strapping down your load. Anybody with not so common sense can see that the yellow strap needs to go through that front window on the camper and then through the front windows of the truck ......

There was a similar one running around Naples Fl a couple weeks ago.
I saw it several different days, always driving. I was amazed that it never bothered a single cop.

Unfortunately there is no law against stupidity. We have to wait for stupid to act. Equally unfortunately, others are often afflicted by those stupid acts.

He’ll need a bunch of legos to level that camper.
