"SNOW: an exotic white powdery substance that sometimes falls from the sky in the upper latitudes (and lower ones in the southern hemisphere) not often seen in around the equator. Packs well into balls of assorted sizes.. Also known in the north as "White Rain".

RAIN: A liquid that seems to fall in Georgia a lot per the songwriters and is also known as Liquid Snow. "

Excellent! and quite apt lately here in the NE of Ga lately. I might add about the snow :
"an inch of which when fallen around and on the metro-Atlanta area has been known to tie evening rush-hours traffic up for hours."
