Can anyone tell me why we are suffering thru these unending Medicare advantage ads? I thought they would stop after open enrollment but I was wrong.

Because some Americans can still enroll. There’s big money involved.

They want healthy people to sign up so the advantage plans can make more money and they can spend more on ads. The lure of 0 premium attracts until they become sick. IMHO but have a friend paying co-pays out of the yang yang now due to his health. Disgusting!

They were more prominent at the end of 2019 since thats when you can make changes to your plan. I don't see hardly any now. But with 8000-10,000 old people retiring each day there's still a reason to have them.

You didn't have to call us "old people." Experienced or seasoned persons would have been preferable.

Seems like they have been replaced with endless Liberty Mutual/State Farm/Allstate ads in the Portland Area.

Without telling you which network I usually watch, I am sick of the "My Pillow" ads that come on every few minutes all day long! ![mad [emoticon]](https://forums.goodsamclub.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/mad.gif)

Not many other choices. What I hate is the stupid "I'm 70 years young". Geeze.
