Yes, we use Roku boxes hooked to tv and can get to most streaming apps including Hulu. Just need decent WiFi connection.

Hulu yes Hulu plus live tv no ... you have to be on the home network. I tried it with my sister-in-law’s used there login and all was fine until I left their WiFi Roku and Fire don’t work. I can log in on the phone and get locals where I am but I have to use the mobile device. They won’t give an account to someone with just a mobile cellular account. Again that’s the “live tv “ cable channels and locals . That’s what I found but I’d love to find different.

I use YouTube TV for my live tv and haven’t encountered issues watching tv on the road. Interesting that Hulu Live would restrict you.

Let's see? Why pay? Maybe because you would like to watch the channels YOU chose and not the ones that are available? You want to watch TV when no internet is available? You want to watch TV using the internet but you have a limited plan (and mostly all of us do). You want to watch TV but there is no OTA signal?

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.

We use just our antenna and built in booster, over the air and many times have as many as 40 channel.

going down the road we can use our Verizon MiFi for internet, and then DW and GKids can stream what they want to their tablets. Mostly they watch Netflix and YouTube. Parked I can usually get many OTA channels on my crank-up antenna with HDTV add-on...if I'm not sitting out in BFE where the sun don't shine.
