Here is something interesting from the KZ forum. Fuel program that gives =way= better discounts than does the GS or other in-house fuel cards. Note that Emperor Marcus is going after Pilot/Flying J as he claims they have an exclusive contract with them for their measly 5 cent discount.

Lyle

Only good for diesel Lyle, at some truck stops not all. The app shows which. Took on 50 gallons today and saved $34.17.

I pull my 32 foot fifth wheel with 2016 6.2L F-250. I get about 12-13 miles to the gallon and I use park advisor when planning trips. It shows gas stations and has reviews and you can also view the station by satellite view.

Seems very good mileage for that load with a gasser. What speed are you towing at? Do you hand calculate over several tanks to get those numbers or go by the computer?

Yeah it seemed to be exceptionally good mileage to me.

I hand calculate it and compare it to what the onboard computer says. I don’t pull over 70 mph, try to stay around 65 mph.But also the highest elevations I have pulled is in the Smokies. Fifth wheel is around 10500 fully loaded . I don’t carry anything in my tanks except fresh water tank a 1/3 full.

It's an amazing number most gassers never hit 10 mpg while towing. I'd check it for a couple of tanks if I were you, your gassoguess-meter may be way off.

Many never reset the meter and the figure quoted is the average since the truck was new.

I reset my meter with ever tank and yes it has amazed me to that it is what it is. I m the type person though it wouldn’t matter what the mileage is if I’m wanting to go places . I lucked up so far on the mileage . Safe travels everyone

For what it is worth my truck doesn’t have all the bells and whistles in it. It is basically a work truck no carpet vinyl seats and floor , no electric locks or windows . Just a plain ole truck.

I suggest you never sell that truck!
