Isolator Not Energizing

I have a 1993 Pace Arrow motorhome on a Chevy P 30 chassis. The isolator hot terminal is not energized with the ignition switch on. Therefore, the alternator is not charging the house batteries. The pin on the board is number 5 "Isolator Relay Hot Terminal." Also, the moment switch which jumps the chassis battery with the house batteries is not working because it uses the same relay. The relay is: "The Automatic Charging & AUX Start Relay.

1. Is there a fuse for this pin?
2. Can I bypass the hot wire with another hot ignition switched wire?
3. Do I have to purchase a new board?

Thanks;

Haven't heard from OP! Maybe AOL is too difficult for him! It gets difficult for me as they make changes. Have had it for many many years. Got it back around 1991.

It is more apt to be an open coil in the relay.
Yes, there is a fuse number 17 marked aux start.
