I'm actually smiling, CW's incompetence and dishonesty just makes me smile. Tried to order a BAL spare tire carrier on-line this morning using the "coupon code" issued to me that was on back of their new catalog I received last week. The coupon was for 'up to 50% off any single item'. Of course during check-out, the coupon was denied. Called them and after talking to 6 different agents in 3 different departments (I swear this is true) finally asked for a supervisor who told me I had to first go to another CW on-line site to redeem the coupon and would be given another code to use at checkout. Did that and low and behold, the new code (now at 10% off), was denied also. All this took me over an hour --- for nothing. Their new catalog went in the trash and I'm done with them for anything. Will not renew Good Sam either. I've read lots of negative posts about CW and now I see why. I suppose business ethics isn't practiced at this company. Sad!

Our host did let you post your opinion. I’ve not had any issues with CW but I read their offers closely.

You do realize that those 50% coupons are nothing but a "marketing gimmick" to get you to buy something that has been marked up 100% so they can apply the 50% off?
CW like any other business is in the business to make money, they cannot turn a profit if they offer 50% off coupons even for one item out of a order.
So, why do folks continue to fall for these gimmicks?
It only took me ONE trip to a CW store to figure out quickly that EVERYTHING they had in that store was easily 25%-50% more expensive than if I ordered and paid shipping from Internet vendors..
Nearly everything that CW offers can be found at Amazon at better pricing with easy no fuss returns and if you have Prime, quick free shipping also..
I have also seen better pricing than CW at my local independent RV dealers..
I have no sympathy for folks falling for such old marketing tactics..
Give up on using those 25%-50% CW marketing coupons, they are not worth wasting your time and money on. Much better to compare prices from multiple vendors then buy from the one that gives you the best no coupon price.

You will see this company and many others in terrible shape before long. Used RVs will be in demand for people to live in but new sales will crash. Oh poor Buffett. Lol

Deep pockets and higher prices plus "lemmings" (IE Loyal customers) = CW doing fine.
Example, a 10K Equalizer brand WD hitch at CW is $677.95 plus $80 shipping for $757.95

Same 10K Equalizer brand WD hitch at Amazon $623.40 and with FREE shipping!

A $134.55 or 18% difference in price without silly coupons, no haggle and no bs.
And we KNOW Amazon IS making a HUGE profit on their price and still is cheaper than CW and there are most likely even better deals from other vendors than Amazon..
Folks, DO YOUR HOMEWORK and do not play those silly coupon games..
This ain't the 1970's anymore, you have the worlds most powerful tool called the Internet, USE IT.

While Amazon is making a lot of money now.... They are not making it from selling items on the web.
Most all of their profit comes from the cloud.
Their retail operation runs on very thin margins, and they continue to pour money into it in the hope that huge profits are just around the corner.

Agree, gave up on CW many years ago. High prices and didn't much seem interested in helping me when I went in.
