How many Texans does it take to eat an armadillo? ..Three to flag traffic while one eats.

My wife has a quick armadillo microwave recipe , good for when we are traveling and find a fresh one on the road . Pull over , fire up the generator ,YUM YUM . Better than possum !

That's no way to eat and besides, why waste your time eating armadillo?
