The outside still looks fine. Is there a place where I can order a new door skin, or the material to cut a new skin from? Or do I have to replace the entire door? I noticed a few strange marks on the outside of the door skin like the plastic it stressed, and could possible crack in the future. Is that common for those doors to crack like that? Any info would be a huge help! Or, there is always the RVer's best friend -- duct tape! Home Depot or Lowes carry the material. IIRC it was about 20.00 for a 4x8 sheet. The original is glued to the styrofoam insides It can be seperated pretty easy. yours is in good enough shape that if it comes off easy, you will be able to use it for a pattern. Mine came off in many pieces. Arizonas heat just destroys plastic. So I was able to just get the rough outlines for the overall door, and I used a router for the door latch.
