I found this yesterday. I never tried to post an internet address before so I don't know if this thing will work. According to the article, money will be released for people,(lowest income first) who receive SSI, VA, and Railroad Retirement on May 1. Folks that have an "adjusted gross income" of $10,000 or less on the week of April 24.. Then the next week for people with "AGI" of $10,001 to $20,000
then next week $20,001 to $30,000 and so on.
This was posted by Forbes yesterday Here is the schedule from the article.
Taxpayers who have the lowest annual adjusted gross income as reported on their 2018 or 2019 tax return will receive their checks first. Here is the planned weekly schedule (week-ending dates):
• Less than $10,000: April 24
• $10,001 - $20,000: May 1
• $20,001 - $30,000: May 8
• $30,001 - $40,000: May 15
• $40,001 - $50,000: May 22
• $50,001 - $60,000: May 29
• $60,001 - $70,000: June 5
• $70,001 - $80,000: June 12
• $80,001 - $90,000: June 19
• $90,001 - $100,000: June 26
• $100,001 - $110,000: July 3
• $110,001 - $120,000: July 10
• $120,001 - $130,000: July 17
• $130,001- $140,000: July 24

Out of curiosity, I tried submitting an online form to track my payment. However, there was a glitch. After completing the form, I was supposed to verify my email address. This I did, but it wasn't verified and therefore I couldn't submit the form. I tried about 5 times in a row, and still nothing. I understand that this is a big undertaking for the gov't, and they're trying their best. Most people I know have already received their payment, but they were filers for previous tax years. I'm not.

Got an email from my bank early this morning that a direct deposit was received. Sure enough, my $1200 stimulus had been deposited at about 2 AM. [emoticon]

So for those getting checks later, let's say mid-June vs early May, I am guessing that all will get the same number of checks, just receive them later?
