They promised us cable and that never came. Then they promised us wireless phone service and that hasn't come yet. We'll see.

Elon Musk's Internet for Everyone Is Coming Very Soon

Elon Musk says SpaceX's ambitious Starlink satellite internet setup has made great steps toward providing good internet to previously low-priority locations. Musk’s Starlink plan accounts for an eventual 40,000 satellites in orbit to blanket the globe in internet coverage, far surpassing any existing satellite internet service.

By years end you will get fast internet at home or in your RV anywhere, internet gets you thousands of TV programs and many are free without commercials..

Bye Bye cable and satellite TV..

Satellite internet has essentially been considered a better than nothing option from other providers so far. Hopefully this will be an improvement.

At 3GB per hour for HD (according to Netflix) I wonder how much a 1TB per month package from Mr. Musk will cost.
