side note - I had read that NOLA is having a major rat problem. While normally there is enough activity and people to keep the rats fed outdoors, the lack of activity is prompting rats to look in homes and shops now for food.

As much as I complain about those who would starve the hungry and as much as I support those who would feed the hungry.
THAT DOES NOT APPLY TO MOSQUITOES They can all starve for all I care.

Actually, the drug did a good job, but because it is inexpensive and not patentable, it has become very difficult to acquire.
