Utility Hole Reducers

Does anyone have a source for "Utilities Hole reducers"? I'm always concerned about squirrels or snakes etc.. crawling up inside the unit. I've cut my own out of wood but I'd prefer something lighter in a plastic.

A lot of the holes in my TT where wires and pipes are run use grommet type things sliced into pie shape, something like this:

Most of the holes in the RV (The ones with static lines) are plugged with Expanding foam or something like it. Some are anot however

I've not had that big an issue but for the sewer line the "Yummy sewer Donut" may work.. Other than that.. I'd not worry
