2000 Fleetwood Bounder Area Above Refrigerator

The area above my 2000 Fleetwood Bounder Refrigerator refrigerator contains all my wiring and electrical box/switches. This area gets super hot. I have to leave my cabinet open. And turn hot air is constantly flowing into the RV. I checked in my refrigerator roof vent is open.
Is this just a bad design? Is there something I’m missing that I should do to help this hot air flow outside somehow…?

Typically the RV manufacture does not get the install done correctly.
The top venting leaves a lot to be desired.
See page 14 on this link. then look at your install.

Yes it gets hot. My 07 Cherokee suffered from the same design. A fan in the outside fridge compartment will help get rid of the hot air.

I just wired in a couple fans up in the vent to suck out the hot air from the refrigerator.
