There is far too much unsupported information about lead acid batteries.

Boy is that statement true !

I am still shocked at how many people buy premium priced marine/RV batteries. A pair of "average" golf cart batteries will store more energy, have a longer life and probably COST LESS than a pair of 12V marine/RV batteries.

AGM batteries are convenient but I can not justify the cost difference. Are they really cost that much more to manufacture, or is it "supply and demand" ?

If it wasn't for the military supporting a nine-figure contract Concorde would never has invested the inSane amount of money for robotic laser software driven production. They sought out virgin lead suppliers, matting that is much thinner yet supports better capillary circulation and superior military like venting safeties.

The economic climate has changed but it used to be when the military talked billions dollar contracts fiduciaries became most "amiable"
