Progresso MX?

Does anyone know if the border crossing at Progresso is open yet. If not open, when is it planned to be opened? Thinking ahead to our winter stay.

I hope this is straightened out by the time we come down in December! If not, feeling sorry for the folks in Mx. that depend on Winter Texans for their income.

People are still visiting Nuevo Progreso for medical or dental reasons. Biggest complaint is for long waits crossing back over. 1-3 hours at times.
