We got home from a trip yesterday evening with temps on the 90s and full sun on the fridge side all the way.
While unloading the camper I heard a noise like the fridge was in final launch count down.
Now I know why some fridges have 2 access panels. There is a cheap cooling fan in the upper one as there can't be a vent when the fridge is on the slide. Just got this 1/1/2020 after retiring our older 5er and FL this past winter wasn't hot enough to trigger it.
Anyway, there are cheap dual fan set ups available online that will cure the racket. I'm glad it didn't set off while we were sleeping one night. Easy fix if it happens to you.
