How to you get the videos you receive via messenger on to your face book page

Im talking about when someone send you a video via messenger in face book. How do you get those to your main face book page. Right click in the video only gets me pause or mute

In Windows, I open the messenger in it's own window. When I get a video, there are a couple options to the right of it. One of those is three horizontal dots (...). If I click on that, I have the option to save the video to facebook, where I can then share it.
