question??? won,t GS only tow you to the close repair shop? can,t see them towing 100miles but I really don,t know.

There is no milage limit but the nearest repair shop MUST be able to complete the needed repair not just temporarly patch the damage.

Be sure to DOCUMENT everything with pictures and in writing where possible. Starcraft will try to say it's YOUR fault and any "repairs" you attempt will give them ammo. A mobile tech is a good idea as they will be able to document what was done and/or give an opinion on why it failed. Make sure they give you everything in writing..Burn up your phone taking pictures.....Dennis

Sounds ike the tank was being filled, purposely or not ( bad chek valve in water pump )
This is a NEW rig, amount of water in the tank has absolutely no bearing on the issue, the tank is Made to hold a full tank. I haul mine full very often, in this case they were sitting still.

Many subscribers to GS think that they have unlimited towing. According to a tow truck operator that I used to get my F150 to the shop, that is not correct. The policy states the nearest repair facility or the shop of your choice if it is within 10 road miles of the site of breakdown. I could be a guy that repairs tractors under a shade tree in his spare time. If the guys says he can do the work, that is where GS will want to tow it.
I was lucky that the repair shop I use was 9 miles away.

What should I do here? I bought a 2020 Starcraft Telluride 3 weeks ago. We’ve been in the road with it for the last week no problems. Well today we were sitting in the trailer and heard extremely loud pop! We went outside to inspect and found nothing. 30 minutes later we get an louder pop and crash noise. This time when went outside we found the fresh water tank on the ground!!!!! How and the hell does the fresh water tank just fall out of the trailer? What should I do? The closest Starcraft dealers is 100 miles and they want $2800 to load it and tow it? Should I just cut the tank out and screw the under belly up or have it towed to the dealer? ??

If you have GS Road Side Assitance plan, call them and have tow your trailer on a flat bed trailer to the dealer. If not then buy the GSRSA plan today.

Bad advise way too many complaints on GS non service road side. Might try Coach net, costs a bit more but they respond. 6 years plus, bought a new 5W had a major truck break down. Called Coach net and found I had forgot to change the 5W info. Their response give us the info on the new one and we will have someone en route. I have no doubt GS would have been sorry but your not covered, anything to not go. BTW the entire bill was $900+, please sign the invoice, thank you and gone.
