DC no power Class C

I have a Class C 1995 Conquest.. I plug into house power , my dc works, run on battery
nothing works. I heard there’s a reset switch somewhere but I don’t know where it is.Can someone help me with this? Thanks. PS If it could be something else let me
know that also.

Battery is brand new...

just how old is the battery. ? start at the source ,any auto store will check the battery.

Near the battery there should be a fuse or circuit breaker. If you have a battery control center it could be there. Follow the positive cable and you should find it.

The "reset switch" to which you refer is actually called either a USE/STORE switch or a battery disconnect switch. It will probably be at the main entrance door.

1. Clean the battery connections and especially the grounds.
2. Check voltages, do you have 12.6 volts at the battery?
3. Do you have the same voltage at the point where power enters the power distribution panel?
Did you recently change the battery?
