Going on 15 years and haven't lubed mine yet.

Have made it 95,000 miles and 290 RV parks so far with no ill effects.

How often should you lube them?

I assume you mean lubing the seals. I lube the side seals from the outside by slipping a seal lube soaked rag under the seal and sliding it along the full length. The outside of the seal is a simple wipe of course. I do the top seal from inside by bringing the slide in a few inches and slipping the rag under the seal like the side seals from outside.
