Lubed all Dometic window struts and tracks with silicone stuff and wiped window trim and other exterior camper plastic parts with a pricey UV protectant. Used it on all the black plastic on the truck exterior also while I was at it. Wow, looks much better now.

"...pricey UV protectant..." More info, if you would. [emoticon]

I unloaded it off my truck and let half the air out of my tires. [emoticon]

That's the first time its been off since I loaded it back on March 15th.

I had to unload it so I can make a 400 mile round trip to get two sheets of plywood. LOL

I put my camper back on my truck today.
I need it for work next week and I'm planning one more camping trip in early November.

Here's the two sheets of marine grade plywood I took my camper off to go get.

Two 3/4" sheets, $219.00 [emoticon]

Pulled down the stove hood while messing with some wiring and decided to make a video of the hidden lever that holds a flapper closed in the hood. Check your stove hood, it may have this secret lever too.

Basically, this:

October 2020 - Ms. Merry Update

Mind you that's about a week old, now, so more has been done. In this case, the structural 2x3 in the wall on the cabover has been installed to support the over counter cabinet, and the 1/2" plywood backing board has been installed flush so that the paneling could then be glued and anchored over the top, allowing for the start of construction on the cabinet frame today.

Added a water temperature controller just before the shower. When we take showers, it takes awhile for the hot water to get to the shower. That won't change. But once the hot water gets to the shower, the mixer valve will mix the hot & cold water to the temperature set on the mixer valve. No more adjusting the hot & cold handles to find the right temperature. And (I hope) no more shot of cold water when we shut off the water at the showerhead and turn it back on after soaping up.

Haven't tested it yet, but fingers crossed.
