Has anyone stayed at the above park in the last few years. We know that it is not five star. Our main reason for considering it is because of the inside pool. Your opinion of lot size and cleaniness
of the park would be appreciated. We are traveling in a 37 ft Class A motorhome with slides on both sides. We are considering it for the winter season.
Thanks for your help.

We stayed at Mission View RV park last March.
Mission View staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and it is a fairly nice large park with paved roads and large sites throughout. The park is a 50/50 mix of permanent mobile homes and RV sites. RV sites are long and level and mostly gravel. Although a bit dated, the rec hall, billiard room, and pool are well maintained. They generally have a busy schedule of activites throughout the winter months. It is a nice spot and many who had been there for the winter said they were coming back. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We have stayed there a couple of times - the last time was in Oct-Nov, 2019. It's not the Ritz, but we like it. You might want to check and see if the pool is open during the pandemic, though.

Visited friends who stay there in January. As mentioned, it's an older style snowbird community that is transitioning from RV's to mobile home/park models. Seems to have everything onsite to stay and participate in that lifestyle. There's a casino nearby but otherwise, the area doesn't have the same visitor related services you find in other areas.
The only concern I would make is that it appears they are heavy into the transition to permanent spots and many of the remaining "RV" sites have already been obtained by long term and time users. I would really be looking into making reservations as soon as possible.
