Does anyone use a walker and can give me an idea what kind is best on ADA trails. Thanks in advance

I suggest getting a rollator with 4 large wheels (7.5" to 8" rather than 6"), hand brakes, a seat and a basket/pouch for carrying stuff (water, hat, etc.). This is what my spouse uses.

I agree. I have two, one with large wheels, one with small, one for indoors and one for outdoors. The large is definitely easier to walk with and also quieter.
