Buyer beware, but seems like you are on board with that. Many buy something then find out later there were things wrong with it.

The missing sticker is not a big deal, does it have a VIN? You will need to go to DMV, have it inspected, pay a fee, then get a new sticker. I think you have to do that to license it. Make the dealer do that and pay the fee first. If they won't do that, I would be worried.

Oh heck no.. #8500 for a salvage title on a 17' TT... Not even if it's brand new..

I know TT's and in general any "RV" is in high demand right now, but if you don't know what your are looking at, or have ever owned an "RV" before, I would be very suspect of a rig with that price with a salvage title..

It's unlikely you will be able to insure it much less get a loan on it if that's what you are looking at doing..

Good luck! Mitch

That's your cue to either run away or prepare to enter a world of pain. If one entire side of it was reskinned, it will be really hard to tell if it was repaired correctly of if there is hidden water damage.

Nope - Doctor told me I needed to get my gallbladder removed because I had a very bad pain in my gut. After I passed the kidney stone the pain went away immediately. Good doctor but he just jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Make sure you get the paperwork with it to register it. It varies by state. Does it come with a like 90 day warranty or anything? I never bought from a dealer.

Come back and share in 6 months. I'll give you 100-1 odds it turns into a cluster.

Or if you are smart, you will walk away from this bad deal.

Thanks. Knowing that I'm a Realtor, that comment must make you feel better. [emoticon]
