2020 Ram
When I was selling for Ford, different parts of the country had different rebates available. Since I live in the Southwest, then then the truck market is ultra competitive and it's where some of the best rebates are.
Don't know if this truck has everything that you're looking for, but we've bought two cars from them and were quite happy. An out the door price in Texas would put you somewhere around $56,700-57K, so they should have another $1-1500 off the price, depending on sales tax, reg fees, etc
Courage is the feeling you have right before you fully understand the situation

Road trip! NO pucks!^^^ I installed the 5th wheel pucks and in bed seven pin plug myself when we bought our 2015 RAM.
And we had a great adventure flying from Seattle to Denver Sunday Sept 20th, 2015 first class with air miles, sales lady picked us up Monday morning at the airport motel and drove us to Greeley/John Elway's RAM to finish the paper work for the already paid for truck and take delivery. 48 hours and two motel receipts we were 1350+ miles back to home with it. We left Greeley at 12:30 Monday and arrived home at 12:30 Wednesday.
They had three identical Laramie trucks in different colors for $64,595. The one we bought was on the web as a lost leader at $53,555. We did not argue about the price. Sold our Boat on Friday and never leaving the bank where the sale was finalized and wired the money for the truck.
Long legged lady loved to cruise a 80 MPH at 1750 RPM on I-80 hour after hour. 409 miles the first afternoon(we drove slow up the Laramie before hitting the interstate), 660 miles Tuesday and 303 Wednesday morning, high five'n each other all the way home. Whoever was in the shotgun seat had to dig into the owners manual when we had trouble figuring something out. We were on a roll, someone saw my post on TDR while traveling home with the new RAM and agreed to purchase our 2001.5 RAM

this will be for towing only. 35 ft fifth wheel, 40 ft gn race car
trailer, 30 ft cc boat.
Long time f350 drw owner may give Ram a try.
Looking at 4x4 Tradesman or Big Horn cc with tow package 50 gal. fuel
tank with 4.10 rear.
Should one go with ho motor and trans? Also thinking about the air bags.
Is there any other must for tow rig?
Thanks
How often do you plan on towing, and how far? Well nowadays Tradesmen are getting more and more bells and whistles, I would have needed to have gone to at least an SLT to get power seats in a 2019, and that would be drivers only.
We landed on a used 2016 Laramie 3500 DRW, 6.7 HO, Aisin,3.73's, it is our daily driver so we wanted something a litter less spartan.

Agreed, we like our Laramie with buckets and full center console. It is our daily drive 7+ months out of the year. Test drove 2014 and 2015 Tradesmen's and did not like the seats at all.

That is a Lot of miles, maybe your rear can sit in a so, so 60/40 bench/ bucket seat, I prefer comfort.
