When you changed the oil in your differential, did you install new gasket or re-use the old one?

2003 Ram 3500 dually 258,000 miles. Have always re-used the OEM gasket Clean housing and gasket well and you will be good to go!

I have changed the fluid in both diffs on 2014 twice already and still have the stock gasket.

The advice I got on my F350 was to use the Permantex Differential gasket gunk and forget the gasket. It's worked so far on both differentials

They are reuseable gaskets.

I've reused mine thus far. Why it doesn't come with a drain plug is question for another thread but stupid.

The AAM 11.5” differential in my GMC 3500 has a drain plug in the bottom of the main housing.
