Grab your VIN and go to your local GM/Chevrolet dealer parts dept. Ask them if they can run a (I think its the VIS report) to retrieve the RPO codes for your chassis. With your vehicle's RPO list, you can find put exactly what type of braking system and components were installed at the factory for your chassis. Or, you can check around the drivers/passenger area to see if the original RPO sticker was attached somewhere.
Once home, you can do an internet search for GM RPO codes and check each of the codes to see what was installed on your chassis at the factory,. Since you had only a chassis, you won't haver all the extra RPO codes that deal with paint colors, door trims, etc.
As an FYI, here's a list of RPO codes.

You have a Chevy P32 chassis. Ford F53 chassis did not have drum brakes. Yes, you have the P32 independent front suspension.
That old chassis was notorious for brake hose failure. The interior of the hose would deteriorate and block fluid flow.

Likely discs on the front drums on the rear. At the very min I'd replace the master cylinder, fluid and pull of the rear drums and inspect them. You also will want to check the front hub assemblies. If they need replacing do the pads as well (Centric ceramic). The hub assemblies incl the hub and rotors combined (heavy).
You'll also want to from time-time back up and brake. Doing this ensures the rear drums stay adjusted. They are self adjusting by backing up.

You didn't let us know how many files were on your Flair? That could be helpful.
While mileage isn't a totally reliable indicator of brake wear or condition; feel, braking performance, brake stutter or shuddering, and effectiveness or lack thereof at certain speed ranges, is a much better indicator of brake condition, mileage is a good pointer as to if your brakes should be serviced. However, the way your brakes feel right now would have had me in a shop so fast.
Take the VIN to any dealer or parts seller and that will tell them what parts your motorhome should need. Because your vehicle is considered an incomplete vehicle when the VIN is issued, lots of parts aren't going to be searchable by VIN, such as lights, trim, heat and AC, a fair quantity of the electrical system. What the VIN will do is get you to the really big things, like engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, cooling.
