We hear of many horror stories concerning our RV's, and I feel a pat on the back is warranted also! Many thanks to Dometic who reimbursed me for the electronic control on the hot water heater on my 2018 Sunset Trail Travel Trailer. We were on the road so I couldnt go to a dealer so I just bought one and replaced it myself. Dometic sent me a check quickly.
Also Thanks to Lippert also for sending me out a Solara LED light strip that stopped working. Quick replies from both companies and its nice to deal with companies that stand behind their products.
