Ex girlfriend had one. She liked it. The learning curve during the programing can be a pain. (not hurt pain, just aggravation)

She got it later in life,in her 40's.She had no other options. It took some getting used to.

Thanks Jetboater. Does that little disk worn on the side of the head bother her at all? Just curious. I'm getting tired of missing about half of the conversation with my grandkids.

She never had a problem with it. Probably biggest problem was with her having long hair. She actually was able to hide hers behind her hair, but if she brushed her hair after a motorcycle ride she would snag it in the brush.

Biggest concern is it getting wet.

You didn't hear this from me,but I used to stick a metal pen on the magnetic disc in her head. You may be able to amuse the grandkids.[emoticon]

Something tells me I would have fun camping with you.
