Your 12V devices will be destroyed. The battery won't charge if the charger isn't destroyed. If you are very lucky some fuses will blow protecting the 12V devices.

Why in the world would you do this?

The magic smoke comes out of most 12v items long before 24 volts.
A few items may survive but I would not count on it.
Please post how the experiment works out....

Let us know how the magic smoke smells...probably like money burning.

OP needs to do some heavy duty reading on RVs.

You may find all the 12 volt computer boards will need to be replaced. LOTS of magic blue smoke.

The reverse polarity fuses for the converter will fall on their swords. DAMHIK

12V devices including converter/inverter may be damaged. Fuses should be OK as anything that can handle 24V will be drawing less current to get the same wattage.

Automotive fuses are usually good to 32V before arcing occurs. Don't count on the fuses to protect sensitive 12V equipment from 24V.

Way back in the 50's I drove a tow truck in the frozen Michigan winters. We used 24 volts to jump start cars in extremely cold temps. I would NEVER try that on a modern vehicle with all the electronics. It would likely cause catastrophic damage. -Mark.
