The 4500 front jacks on our Bigfoot started binding terribly about 3 years ago. We replaced them with 4800 jacks. They are 3” longer, run slower and have more weight capacity than the 4500’s. Made a huge difference loading/unloading. More stable and secure. Tha 4800’s are still in production. We have had zero problems with the rear jacks/motors

I have the newest 4820's.... But I sure miss my Atwoods. Atwoods were a stronger motor (by far) and 100% trouble-free for 12 years. These new Happijac units are slower, sound like they're working their hinny's off and overall, just don't have the oomph.

Oh well. that's progress.
