Our renewal for our GS Roadside Assistance took place in late September. As the cards we currently carry are now expired, and we have not yet received our new Roadside cards, I looked online at my GS account -- and see that the address on file is beyond old. We haven't lived at that address in over 6 years, and have changed our address with GS online multiple times since then. Not sure what's going on with their website tech, but something is amiss.

Thank you for your time and post.
We have gone digital. No longer a need to carry cards, just program the information into your phone and go.
This process is better for the environment, less mail, less plastic.
Based on customer feedback about having too many cards – this consolidates the need for all the cards.
Less to carry in this digital age.
Keeps costs down so we don’t have to increase prices of our programs.
Also, please send you address in a private message, we will get it updated in our data base.

Please save this number ** Dispatch 800.947.0770 ** in your contacts in case you are ever in need of service. You no longer need physical cards to receive service! You can always refer to the email, your phone or if you prefer, print the cards and store them in your glove box.
You can also log in to your account at https://www.goodsamroadside.com/members/account/signin/ at any time to view/print your cards and your membership brochure.

Thank you to Ella with the Good Sam Team for the helpful info. I'm sending a private message to confirm our address. My main concern is that it appears that a tech glitch occurred with your system, and somehow our address reverted to that of six years ago. I doubt it was "just us," but one never knows. Thanks again.

Sure glad I'm old and have got rid of the MH and quit traveling. As my hearing is gone I don't even own a cell phone.
With GS going digital, I would really be in a hurt.
Just turned 87 this month.
