You DO have a cellphone?
Pretty much EVERY cellphone made since early 2000 has a camera.
Taking pictures with a cellphone is childs play
Take photo using your cellphone then send pix to your PC email or send directly to RVnet photo app.
RV.NET PHOTO APP
Then using the RV net photo app upload photo to Imgur.
Imgur gives you URL, copy entire URL
Then PASTE that URL to your post.
If you can't or will not bother with photo, post the brand AND model number of the power strip..
Otherwise why bother with this guessing game.
But I do suspect the IN/OUT is for telephone, Cable or Ethernet Surge protection which some power strips include.

These are the surge protector for a land line corded phone. The line from the wall goes in and then another out to the phone attachment. This protects your land line phone from a surge.

Gdetrailer, I won't go into detail, but suffice it to say that yes, I do have a smart phone, but crippling effects from a stroke make it difficult to use as a camera. 'nuff said.
I did some Googling, which I should have done originally, and located sites related to the brand name, but wasn't successful in finding anything regarding my unit. It may be a discontinued model. At any rate, I'll just leave things the way they are and perhaps eventually purchase a newer device which I can understand. Anyhow, many thanks to all who responded. Now let's CLOSE THIS DISCUSSION.
