How many here have poured a cup of coffee and forgotten it until cold and gotten another, of forgotten a hot cup already poured, and poured another ,t a couple more. I Left a cup under the Kureig, went about something,it was until cold a while ago. yesterday I did it twice. Adn I have poured a cup, left hot, went to do something else and poured another cup, got distracted left it poured another cup. I realized at some point when I went to get another cup that there were three cold cups of coffee in the dining room, breakfast nook, and kitchen.
Wife was not amused. She said i have to wash all the cups and when I want one they are all dirty or sitting around full of cold coffee.
Fess up and no fibbing that you never did it, there are women present.

My coffee goes in a Contigo insulated travel mug that keeps it hot for many hours. Not that I need it to stay hot that long, 'cause coffee is way too important to ever forget.

I haven't yet found a decent reheating mug that has a capacity of a pint, that isn't heavy even when empty. Either they are too tall for the microwave or inch thick fired ceramic. I would love to find microwave proof plastic.

I have a non-vacuum Thermos mug but wonder if going to full vacuum is worth the cost.

I have a dream of creating a coffee container that utilizes full vacuum for storage, vacuum like what an air conditioner purge develops. Dreamer!

If I start leaving full cups of coffee around long enough to go cold....time to put a leash on me so I don't stray off

Back in the old days, when I was a kid, my grandmother would make iced coffee, I thought it was really good. I've tried to make it but it never tastes as good as I remember
