I have read on other forums IRV2 that the new Ford 7.3 engine on the F53 chassis and in pick up trucks Has had problems with spark plug wires. Is this or any other problem occurring in the E450 chassis. Anyone having the new chassis please respond. Are there any changes to the suspension in this new chassis.

I cannot imagine a brand new engine design would revert back to spark plug wires and remote-mounted coil packs. For a number of years now, spark plug coils snap over the spark plugs, eliminating high energy spark plug wires. Maybe your terminology is incorrect.
I understand tweaks were made to the 2021 E350 and E450 cut-away chassis to increase GVWR, but I don't how it was achieved. I did read that the "made for motor home" version has beefier front and rear stabilizer bars. Maybe that change alone increased GVWR. It would be interesting to read the specifics on how GVWR was increased.

2 plugs per cylinder. Second one is on a typical spark plug wire off of the coil on plug.

Dual plugs? Ah, I get that.
It has been many years since I seen dual spark plugs. As I recall in the 80's it was said that 2 plugs was a different way to accomplish the same as 4 valves. If that is so, it simplifies the engine but complicates a tune-up.

The flame front being helped by spark plug fire originating in two places within large cylinder volumes makes complete sense.
Large piston displacement engines have been with us for decades. How much/often have they been designed with dual plugs per cylinder? That "seems" unusual to me, but maybe it's been going on for quite sometime in large displacement gas engines, unbeknownst to me.
I guess maybe dual plugs are not needed for the 6.8L V10 because each cylinder is a bit less volume than those in a larger bore V8 of the same overall displacement?

Not that unusual in modern engines. The Hemi used in the Ram has 2 plugs per cylinder also. Heck, my new Harley has two plugs per cylinder!
