Our beloved Standard Poodle boy had irritable bowels for much of his life. Fine for a week or so then a week of explosive diarrhea. A heaping TBS of pumpkin leveled things quite a bit. Fewer episodes.

When Augie was teething, he was really hard to "pick up after" (stools the consistency of pudding) - adding pumpkin to his meals helped solidify things a bit. Once his adult teeth were all erupted, he was fine and I discontinued the pumpkin. He thought it was pretty tasty :-)
