If you have Fantastic type fans set it to high blowing IN. With all other openings closed it will prevent smell from black tank.

Two bolts and a water connection, and the toilet comes off.

I replace the blade seal on my 310 tedfort in place. no tools required.

Sealand/Dometic 300 Series are designed that way
*Thetford doesn't make the 310

Not same set up with the Thetford Aqua Magic Style II like OPs toilet

OP ...
You can TRY to R/R bowl seal like 'mfinnerty' suggest
I prefer to separate the bowl/base and R/R bowl seal PLUS cleanup ball valve and check/lube the pivot points on ball
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Not if you are careful removing the old seal and installing the new seal. I yank the old seal out using a needle nose pliers and then very carefully insert the new seal being sure to get the seal in the slot around the rim of the opening. You'll have to hold the blade back using the foot pedal while doing this. pay attention to the orientation of the old seal so you get the new seal in the same way.
