I'd like suggestions for a 1000W pure sine wave inverter.

I bought 3000 W pure sine on ebay for less than $100.
Lot of people are skeptic about cheap Chinese stuff, but guess where is manufactured the expensive stuff, even when it has "assembled in USA" label?
Than per my experience, there is no need for pure sine on RV.
Have been using modified wave for over 20 years just fine.
Only microwave oven seems to have lower output and occasionally have to give it extra time.
Than can't say if that is due the wave, or dropping voltage.

Samlex Inverter, a little pricey but a real pure sin wave Inverter.

I have been using this Samlex inverter for five years and it has worked great. I know that you asked for a 1000 watt but you can get a 2000 watt for just a little bit more.
2007.5 GMC Dually EC/LB, LMM. Banks IQ, Speed Brake, Six Gun. B&W Turnover Ball, Companion Hitch, Amp power steps. Hadley Air horns.
2004 32' Carriage 5th wheel. 860 watts of solar MPPT and four 6 volt batteries. Samlex 2,000 watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter.

GoPower has worked well for me. I have just the stand alone inverter. No integrated charger or transfer switch.
Xantrex died way to early.

I have a 2200 watt Giandel PSW inverter that works well. 3 year warranty, only 8-9 watts when idling.

True that most things work fine on MSW, but some things don’t. And many of the things that don’t can be damaged on MSW. Electric blankets, for example, and CPAP machines. I have several photographic studio lights that are known to burst in flames with MSW inverters. While not camping gear, they do serve to notify us all that what you need to buy depends on what you seek to power.

I need to charge an electric dirt bike. Its charger is AC only and I will pay the extra for a pure sine wave inverter. I had a MSW inverter for my microwave and it really did not like the MSW.
My CPAP runs from 12VDC.

From experience----Had a MSW 500 watt inverter in the garage..Wife wanted an electric blanket in the TC....Hooked it up and within a very short time the blanket controller started to smell just exactly like burning electrical....! Bought a 500 watt PSW, hooked up the same electric blanket and has worked fine for over 3 yrs..We do a lot of winter camping....
PSW for me.....The smell of burning electrical in the TC irritates me....
