The 2015 RAM got power folder towing mirrors. The 2016 was first year of front park sense. And 2016 gained the ability to switch the bed camera and backup camera between displays.
FWIW we towed a 16K 5th at a combine weight of 24,500 lbs. The trailer had a light 2430 lb dry pin weight. We were full timing at the time with lots of stuff in the truck bed. We were a few lbs over the 11,700 GVWR but under the 12K Washington State registration.
Love the truck and will be driving it for many more years.

Going to look at a '17 3500 next week. Has the HO/Aisin. 80,000 Kms
Anything I need to look for?

Looks like a very nice truck. I priced out a 2017 Laramie Limited/diesel in the fall of 2017. I was quoted 69k plus tax. I plan on getting a quote on one in the next few days .... my expectation is that the price hasn’t changed much over the last 3 years. What do you have to pay for a 2017 now?

It's a Laramie Limited and the price is $55,560 Canadian dollars. They had it at $59,500 and just marked it down for "Black Friday".
Have it on hold. Going Tuesday to look at it. It's on PEI, I'm in NB. Had a friend there look at it. Front bumper has rock chips and tires should be replaced I'm hoping we can work out a deal.

Let us know what you do about it.
Just an FYI check that the Aisin had its first service at 30,000 miles or 48,300km and it will be due for the second at 60,000 miles or 96,600km.

4X4, was that quote for a 4X4 with HO, Aisin, or a CDT with 68RFE? I ask as the sticker price on our new to us 2016 3500 DRW Laramie was $69,005, that is with DRW, Aisin, and Moon roof.
The Aisin was $2,595.
The Sunroof $995
The DRW $1,200

55k sounds reasonable to me. I expect to get a price on a new 2020 limited from a sales manager tomorrow. When I bought my Ford in 2017 the Ram would have cost about 3k less than what I paid for the Ford. The MSRP on a 2020 Ram Laramie Limited is about 103,700 and a similar Ford has an MSRP of 96500.

Bought my 2017 laramie, dually, HO, Aisin long bed new in Feb '18 as a leftover.
Once I got the draglink replaced, no problems. About 48,000 miles now.

60,000 miles on my 2017 Laramie - mostly towing my toy hauler - drag link fix is the only thing that wasn't operator error caused.

$55k CDN is about $41k US, so that's a pretty good price. I paid $37k for my 2015 with 80k miles.
