I've noticed after a few month my fifth wheel.started to lean an i looked outside an two tires are flat on that side could that cause it?

Yes, it sure could.
Pump them up and then you will know for sure.

Very common with newer 5th wheels. Most economical and effective solution is to let the air out of the two tires on the other side of the trailer. Lots of YouTube videos on this subject.

Looking at the join date this is just another in a long string of such things.

How could two flat tires on the same side cause a tilt?
LOAD THE PARTS CANNON! New springs, shackles, shocks. But don't air up those tires.

Weak springs will cause a lean.... Weak springs happen.... BUT... 2 flat tires on the same side would cause a BIG LEAN ! ! !

Figure that the side with 2 flats will be close to 5-6" lower than the other side... Have you NEVER had a flat on any vehicle before to notice?
