I will be towing with a two wheel dolly. Does the dolly need surge breaks. The car weighs about 3300lbs. Be safe and get a dolly with brakes. Our fifth wheel had electric brakes, and we have a large boat trailer with surge brakes. The new Camrys have gotten so big, there'd barely be clearance to the fenders on a turntable dolly, and possibly even a steerable dolly. The ACME dolly is fixed and mostly relies on tire scrub for turns. You your car can't kiss the fenders, and the loading height is lower. Plus, it's half the weight of other dollies, so it's easy to wheel around or flip-up on end for storage. I have hauled everything from an Excursion to my current Smart car. A DP like I have can stop it if it’s set up correctly.
