Waiting past 30 days you can almost guarantee you accepted what you got. And it's not just CW. I've been looking at pressure washers at the big home improvement stores. Reading the reviews about people buying them in the fall on sale and not using them until spring to find something wrong with them, and then the company won't do anything because it is past 3 months. I should clarify that i did open one box and checked for damage but did not set in the chair just put it back in the box and put in rv. I ordered a microwave vent metal cover which i had delivered and it was bent i called and that was replaced threw the other one in the garage. Point being this should not be an issue i should be able to set back in the chair without falling backwards. And for all the wasted breath here they should just make it right period.
