Very! Driving my wife's car is an excersize in patience. Pressing on the pedal to merge onto a highway is a problem, press the pedal and wait about 3 seconds then you'll get the kick down. The 14 Explorer naturally aspirated has about 300HP, ihowever it only feels like maybe 150!

That's odd... My wifes '14 Edge Sport naturally aspirated has 305HP and feels ever bit of that and doesn't have any of the issues you describe on your '14 Explorer.

I had that with the 1500, the under performance, but, from my understanding the 2500s dont have that problem because they do not have to be under any mpg legislation. Thats why they dont print the mpg on the ligature when you buy them. Anyone?

I've read that the '20 is not torque limited.

Its not just about “off the line”. LML trucks have pretty bad dead pedal in nearly all driving conditions. One of the worst “features” of the truck.

I also run a pedal commander on my 2012. While it does help it doesnt completly get rid of the dead pedal.

I totally agree. Really happy with the truck otherwise, but that dead pedal is so irritating that it blemishes the entire driving experience.

I posted and asked about a couple of throttle products and the results came back as this is not a known problem! I have an E450 with the v10 and its like everyone else has pointed out. I do know that the one from hypertech does not fit the unit I have. I forget the brand that there is for the other one. If anyone can tell me would appreciate it. It seems that winnebago has a non standard throttle assy and thats why I couldnt find one to work.

I forgot to add I wrote to the guys at MH magazine and they claimed they never heard of or had a problem so they could not provide any insight to help!

sema clicky

The wife '16 1500 chevy 355 hp 5.3 6 speed tranny takes a bit of time lag after stomping the go pedal before the rear tires start burning rubber.

Its also noticeable trying to get out in traffic from a stop sign.
