Been down that hill a few times going westbound towing our fifth in the summer time always a little pucker factor and extremely relieved when we get to the bottom. I can’t imagine what it must be like in the winter if the road isn’t perfect. Awesome view from the top. Have a good trip, stay safe.

Oh and make sure not to cross various lines on a map - according to politicians license plates begin shedding virus’s’z immediately upon leaving um town? or is it health region? Or is it province?
Anyway it begins immediately...
The gov't request is to not cross provincial boundaries, so we are within BC's lines.
Gary

Monday night in Kimberly...minus 10...****, that was cold. Along about 5 I was up doing the manly thing and found there was a frozen line or water at the pump...but frozen. I accessed the pump and wrapped a blanket around it. I leave the hot water tank on, in cold spells which keeps that whole under sink area warm. Anyway, by 7, it was running again. Wasn't any milder...kept dropping....
Next day it was on to Golden...that whole day was cold, windy and just not a day made for doing much except driving. Had to resolve a computer issue, so availed myself of the wifi provided by Save-On Foods. At the mid-way..a beer at the Whitetooth Craft House made it all seem possible.

Like this?
This morning thru the Rogers Pass...and man...such a fabulously sunny morning. Those mountains, covered in ice and snow...and no traffic at all..and no where to pull of to take a picture. The snow plowing had effectively eliminated any view points.
If anyone needs to know...year round water and dump in Revelstoke by the city yards.
Down into Salmon Arm tonight..supper at a favourite joint..Yans... well, not AT Yans..in the parking lot.
We'll get home tomorrow.

You picked a great week for your trip. Roads were mostly clear and wet later in the week. Sunny with clouds but that wind keeps on blowing...
We went snowmobiling and luck we took our chainsaw, that wind storm knocked down a lot of trees.
Great pics
