Here's what the Wayne county link states:
Wayne County is currently in Phase 1A of the distribution schedule and no public sites are released at this time. Please visit again once it is announced vaccine is available to the general public.

Due to get 2nd shot on Feb 5th. it was moved from 8th and location changed to bigger facility from Drs office. Fl was accused of sitting on doses but Governor made it clear that thoses doses in reserve were for people who already had their first shot and were rapidly approaching the dates for the second shot.

He said to tell you thank you so much and there has to be a special place in heaven for you and your family. I agree; you are a true southern gentleman!

I got my 1st shot on Wed at Henry Ford Wyandot Hospital. There were at least 3 national guard troops there helping with logistics. I told them I feel safe already now that they were here. It was a very smooth and efficient operation. I am scheduled there for the 2nd shot on Feb 17. The shot location is still a bit sore, but not bad. A buddy told me his wife was told to do arm exercise to help reduce pain and she had very little pain. He did no exercises and had 3 days of severe pain. So I did arm exercises and am good. I understand reactions to the 2nd shot may be worse.

Having read thru the whole thread I see most are from the East or Midwest. So I thought I might give a report from Southern California.
I just got my first shot this past Monday,1/25, just after they opened it up to the 65 and up. A bit of a challenge getting in but it all went smoothly.
Injection site in arm was very sore the first 36 hours and a bit of fatigue in the same period,5 days in and no pain or other symptoms.
Looking forward to the next one so I can get out and mingle.
OK now ya all can start throw rocks at us out here in California.....![biggrin [emoticon]](https://forums.goodsamclub.com/sharedcontent/cfb/images/biggrin.gif)

Remember that when you get your second shot you might want to wear a tinfoil hat . Your second shot is when they put in the chip so the CIA can follow you for the rest of your life . The tinfoil hat will keep them from activating the chip . You must leave the tinfoil on until the virus is defeated . This must be true as I saw it on the internet !

It is amazing, and sad, how gullible some people can be isn't it? We got our second shots and a bit of fatigue and sore arms the next day (3 days ago) and all is well now.

A very good point. A friend in Orlando just had the 2nd inoculation. They got a card with what to expect and it clearly stated 14 days before immunity was improved.
