I'm with Cummins and installed a dump right by the street at home.

But if I do dump I will usually just do black then gray then pack up and leave. If there's a mess on the ground I just drive home to dump.

I don’t mind people flushing their black tank after dumping. The trigger for me is when they start shooting the breeze with someone, or have some complicated dump hose packing method that takes forever. Last time we went camping there were some ladies in an RV in front of us. They kept talking to each other which slowed down the process, then they get in their rig and it just sits there. Finally got out of my truck and walked up to their window to see them talking. Did the universal WTF sign language by putting both my arms up in the air. They just looked at me like they had no clue there were 10 RV’s waiting behind them. Cleaning the black tank bothers me the least.

That is a great home pad, with lots of room!

Looks like a cement wall. What type of building, a shop, garage, or other? A nice place for a guest to park their rig! I'd have to pull in though, rather than back in, and run hookups under trailer, to keep my big windows from facing the wall.

You must have slow internet, took picture a long time to show up! [emoticon]

I've got 50 amp and water at my pad in my driveway, having an addition put on the house later in the spring, during which I asked the contractor to get me a dump line is as well.

I will have to run my macerator hose about 30' over and up hill about 24" but that should not be a problem

The shop is 40' wide by 30' deep and built of wood. We use the pad for our RV in the Summers. Shop needs pressure washing!

So here is another pic. I "Assumed" I was off restriction???

No blame...but...we all have to take responsibility for our short comings. [emoticon]

I also have concrete pad, next to driveway, with water and RV electric pedestal, no sewer.

You might be a serious RV person if . . . a well-designed home sewer clean-out station sounds like the ultimate in luxury. [emoticon]
